Jon Alan Roberts

Jon Alan Roberts, 68, of Quakertown died July 19, 2011 in St. Luke's Quakertown Hospital. Born in Quakertown he was the son of the late Marshall J. & Iona M. (Johnson) Roberts. He was a sales clerk for Moyer Shoe Store in Quakertown retiring in 2008. He enjoyed plays, concerts, traveling, and was very artistic doing paintings and drawings. He also enjoyed doing many window displays for stores throughout Quakertown. Jon was also well known for his Christmas trees every year. Jon was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Quakertown. He is survived by a sister Marilyn Wilsey-Wenhold of Quakertown. His nieces and nephews whom he loved so much and were his pride and joy, Barbara (Sam) Leh, David (Sue) Wilsey, Don (Christine) Wilsey, Douglas (Donna) Wilsey, Steven (Sandi) Wilsey, Diana Leary, Larry (Luann) Roberts, James (Krysia) Roberts, Andrew (Ramona) Roberts, Gary (Lori) Roberts, also several great nieces and nephews and several great great nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother Kenneth M. Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, August 16, 2011at 11:00 A.M. in the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. (www.crstrunk.com) 821 W.
