Charles J. Hrabina, 99 of Richlandtown died Saturday October 3, 2009 in his home. He was the husband of Eleanor (Singer) Hrabina. They celebrated their 63rd wedding anniversary last December. He was a self employed general home maintenance contractor before his retirement. Born in Bethlehem on October 7, 1909 he was the son of the late John and Mary (Hanak) Hrabina. Charles was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. serving during WWII. He was also a life member of the Forrest Lodge VFW in Sellersville. He was a former council member in Richlandtown serving for over ten years and enjoyed fishing and hunting. He was a member of St. Isidore's Roman Catholic Church. In addition to his wife he is survived by his children Noreen Swartz and husband Barry R. of Richlandtown, Charlene Fenstermacher and husband David R. of Bethlehem, Randall and wife Sarah and Deborah Esayian and husband Michael both of Black Canyon City, AZ, Peggy Breiner of Quakertown, Michael and wife Kathy of Crystal River FL and David and wife Patricia of Ambler. 14 grandchildren 23 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandson, 3 step grandchildren and 4 step great grandchildren. He was predeceased by a daughter Mary Beth. A mass will be held on Thursday October 8, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Isidore's Roman Catholic Church, 2545 W. Pumping Rd. Quakertown, PA 18951.
