Obituary Barbara L. Rodgers, 71, of Richlandtown died April 11, 2023 in Phoebe Richland Health Care Center. Born in Philadelphia, PA she was the daughter of the late Edwin & Edna (Ford) Robey. She was a Personal Care Assistant at Independence Court, Quakertown. Prior to that she worked for Dr. Daniel Stauffers office in Quakertown. Barbara is survived by her daughter Jaime Sumpolec (Dominic), and a son Justin Rodgers (Vicki); a brother Chris Robey (Lisa); and three grandchildren Dominic, Isabella, and Addison.
