Willard L. "Bupp" Buehrle Sr.

Willard L. "Bupp" Buehrle, Sr., 76, of Sellersville died February 17, 2010 in GrandView Hospital, West Rockhill Twp. He was the husband of the late Joyce P. (Finkbeiner) Buehrle. Born in Kellers Church, Bedminster Twp., he was the son of the late Calvin & Pearl Buehrle. He was last employed at General Crushed Stone in East Rockhill Twp He was a former member of the Keelersville Club and the Sellersville American Legion. For over 25 years he was a stock car owner and driver at area tracks including Grandview Speedway. Willard was a member of St. Matthews Evangelical Lutheran Church, Kellers Church in Perkasie. He is survived by his children Dennis C. of East Rockhill Twp., Willard Jr. and his wife Carol, Kenneth M. and his wife Donna, Timothy and his wife Susan, and Bonnie L. Kuhn all of Quakertown, Barry L. of Arvada, CO, and David S. and his wife Jill of Coopersburg. A brother Johnny and seven sisters, Sarah Kratz, Mary Roeder, Helen Hrycko, Flossie Bright, Ruth Gerhart, Clara Conti, and Grace Schneider. Sixteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Predeceased by a son Kevin P. and brothers George, Walter, Jimmy, and Donald. Services will be held on February 24, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Matthews Evangelical Lutheran Church 3668 Ridge Rd. (at Kellers Church Rd.) Perkasie, Pa 18944. Call Wednesday 9:00-11:00 A.M. in the church. The C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. (www.crstrunk.com) Quakertown is in charge of the arrangements.
