Walter J. Paynkewicz

Walter Paynkewicz, 81, of Quakertown died January 31, 2017 in St. Lukes Hospital, Anderson Campus. He was the husband of the late Janet L. Paynkewicz. Born in Manhattan, NY he was the son of the late Walter & Anna (Buzdygon) Paynkewicz. He was a fork lift operator for Cook Specialty in Green Lane before retiring. Walter was a social member of the Coopersburg Fire Co. He enjoyed golf and going to the Casinos. He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran serving during the Korean and Vietnam Wars. He was a member of the Sellersville American Legion Post 255. He is survived by his children Patricia Wireman and Katherine Grady both of Albuquerque , New Mexico; Michael (Lori) of Quakertown, Terrie Molina of Telford, and Deanna Carver (Kevin) Quakertown. Nine grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and a brother Frank (Betty) of Quakertown. He was predeceased by four brothers Jack Buzdygon, Stanley, Paul, Edward, and a grandson Heath Wireman.
