Obituary Vicky Siipola, 61 of Quakertown died Thursday July 16, 2020 in Phoebe Richland Health Care Center. Born in Germany she was the daughter of Carl Legg and Katie Legg, she was the step daughter of Deborah Legg. She was last employed by Success Rehabilitation in Quakertown prior to that she was a waitress. Vicky enjoyed cooking. In addition to her parents and step mother she is survived by a daughter Julia Stubbs and her husband Jonathan a sister Barbara Huffman and her husband Arthur and a grandchild Isla Stubbs.
