Valentine Yvonne Slifer

Valentine Yvonne Slifer, 88, of Hereford formerly of Quakertown died December 15, 2014 in her home. Born in Russia she was the daughter of the late Evan & Nadia (Sitchova) Strong. She is survived by a daughter Valentine V. Hoot of Hereford, and a son James Edward Slifer of Douglasville. Five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son Russell Slifer, Jr., and two grandchildren Russell Slifer, III, and Zachary Hoot. Services will be held on Thursday, December 18, 2014 at 10:30 A.M. in the C. R.
