Sylvia J. Atherholt

Sylvia J. Atherholt, 82, of Quakertown died November 29, 2017 in St. Lukes University Hospital, Bethlehem. She was predeceased by her lifetime companion John Greckey. Born in Quakertown, PA she was the daughter of the late Harold H. & Mary (Kurteson) Atherholt. She was an RN at the former Quakertown Community Hospital before retiring. Prior to that she was an RN for Tice Clinic in Quakertown. She worked at the voting polling stations, and was a former member of Quakertown Community Hospital Ladies Auxiliary. She is survived by two brothers Gary G. (Judy Stauffer) of Quakertown and James H. (Margo) of The Villages, Florida. Two nieces Diane & Laura, two nephews Shane & Evan. One great niece and two great nephews. Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. in the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. (www.crstrunk.com) 821 W.
