Susan M. Roberts

Susan M. Roberts, 71, of Milford Square died July 29, 2017 in St. Lukes University Hospital, Bethlehem. She was the wife of Daniel A. Roberts, III. They would have shared 50 years of marriage on May 11, 2018. Born in Cheltenham, England she was the daughter of the late C. Richard & Anne (Tilling) Strunk. Susan was the great granddaughter of the founder of the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home. Susan was a 1963 graduate of Quakertown High School and Bethlehem Business School. She loved Christmas and decorating the house both inside and outside. She was also a member of the Red Cross and enjoyed their yearly beach trips to Avalon, NJ. She was a member of Grace Bible Fellowship Church and former member of First United Church of Christ both in Quakertown. In addition to her husband she is survived by a son Dale A. Roberts and his wife Laura of Reading, and a daughter Brenda A. Roth and her husband Chris of Quakertown. Four grandchildren Dale A. Roberts, II, Christian D. Roberts, Caleb R. Roth, and Megan S. Roth. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 3, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. in the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. (www.crstrunk.com) 821 W. Broad St. Quakertown, PA 18951.
