Earl R. Kline, Sr., 93 of Quakertown died Sunday November 25, 2012 in his home. He was the husband of the late Betty (Schlicher) Kline. Born in Quakertown he was the son of the late Furman and Lillian (Hess) Kline. Earl was last employed at the Quakertown Walmart prior to that he was employed by PennDOT as a maintenance supervisor and earlier in his life he was a self employed contractor. He served as a Richland Township supervisor from 1994 to 2000. He was a member of the First U.C.C. in Quakertown and also was a US Army veteran of WWII. Earl is survived by a son, a daughter and one grandson. Services will be held Friday Nov. 30, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. in the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. (www.crstrunk.com) 821 W.
