Russell A. Hamm, Sr. 70 of Coopersburg died Saturday October 30, 2004 in his home. He was the husband of Grace M. (Kramer) Hamm. They celebrated their 44th wedding anniversary last July. He was a member of the Local 600 Carpenters Union working for Ray B. Bracy and Alvin H. Butz, Inc. both of Allentown before retiring. Born in Heidelburg Township he was the son of the late Arthur Hamm and the late Myrtle (Holben) Kelly. In addition to his wife he is survived by three sons David J. Hamm Sr. and his wife Carol of Center Valley, Russell A. Hamm Jr. and his wife Laura of Emmaus and Richard N. Hamm and his wife Renee' of Hellertown. Two daughters Sharon D. Hamm and her companion Cathy of Kittrell, NC and Sandra M. Kooker and her husband Scott of Emmaus. 13 grandchildren. He is also survived by two brothers Wayne T. Hamm of Schnecksville and Earl Kelly of NC. Three sisters Dorothea O'Neill of Allentown, Elaine Kelly of Tampa, FL and Kathy Kelly of Slatington. Services will be held on Wednesday November 3, at 2:00 p.m. at the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. 821 W. Broad St. Quakertown Pa. 18951.
