Ruth N. Mumbauer, 88, of Quakertown died March 1, 2009 in Phoebe Richland Health Care Center, Richlandtown. She was the wife of the late Claude S. Mumbauer, Sr. Born in Brick Tavern, Pa she was the daughter of the late Robert M. & Laura Elena (Clark) Landis. She faithfully attended and was a member of East Swamp Church in Quakertown and was also a former pre-school Sunday school teacher. Ruth is survived by five daughters Claudette Kipp and her husband Glenn, Darlene Mumbauer, Leona Weidenbach and her husband Lyle, Naomi Strunk and her husband Rev. Stephen, and Faith Zimmerman. Three sons Claude, Jr. and his wife Nancy, David and his wife Ruthie and Timothy and his wife Jenny. A sister Lillian Landis and her husband Rev. Clarence. 24 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Services will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2009 at 11:00 A.M. at East Swamp Church 2405 E. Swamp Rd. Quakertown, Pa 18951. Call 10:00-11:00 A.M. in the church. The C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc.
