Roy Raymond Radzai, 75 of Quakertown formerly of Roslyn and Haycock died Friday May 18, 2007 in his home. He was the husband of Regina M. (Roadfuss) Radzai. They celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary last June. After 35 years of service Roy retired in 1987 from the NADC, Warminster as Division Head of the Graphics, Motion Picture, Still Photography, TV Production and Technical Library. After his retirement he was a photographic consultant for Semcor in Warminster. Born in Mt. Carmel he was the son of the late Leo and Martha (Kornacki) Radzai. He was a past president of the Roslyn Boys Club where he coached both soccer and softball and served as the team photographer. He also was a soccer coach for the Quakertown Youth Soccer Club. He was also a dedicated volunteer for the development of the Upper Perk YMCA Skate Park. Roy was a member of St. Isidore's Catholic Church in Quakertown. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of the Korean War. In addition to his wife he is survived by his children Roy G. (Elizabeth) of Quakertown, Renee R. Slattery (Thomas) of East Greenville, Ronald H. (Michelle) of Quakertown, Randall T. of Washington, NJ, Robert M. (Kelly) of Richlandtown and Richard R. (Selena) of Quakertown. A brother Leo (Jean) of Limerick, three sisters Ramona Halko (Walter) of Philadelphia, Martha Welsh (Thomas) of Red Hill and Maureen Richards (Henry) of Philadelphia. 13 grandchildren, Ashley, Ronald, Ryan, Thomas, Brittany, Brandon, Mitchell, Christopher, Michael, Austin, Matthew, Allyson and Samantha. A mass will be held on Wednesday May 23, 2007 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Isidore's Catholic Church 2545 W. Pumping Station Rd. Quakertown, PA 18951. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday evening May 22, from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. (www.crstrunk.com) 821 W. Broad St. Quakertown, PA 18951 and on Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
