Rose Marie Alderfer, 60, of Sellersville died April 26, 2012 in her home. She was the companion of Joseph Dixon for 28 years. Born in Sellersville she was the daughter of Robert Sell of Telford, and the late Arlene (Haas) Sell. Rose worked at several area tool and dye manufacturers and also drove school bus. She volunteered for 11 years at the Last Chance Ranch Animal Rescue, and was also a talented artist. In addition to her father she is survived by two brothers Stanley L. Sell (Lorraine) of Quakertown, Robert G. Sell (Vicki) of Pennsburg. A sister Sharon Lynn Sell and her companion John Monton, of Weatherley. Nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, May 1, 2012 at 3:00 P.M. in the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. (www.crstrunk.com) 821 W. Broad St. Quakertown. Call 2:00-3:00 P.M. in the funeral home.
