Ronald R. Koch, 70 of Coopersburg died Saturday September 22, 2012 in GrandView Hospital, Sellersville. He was the husband of Alice F. (Shearer) Koch. They celebrated their 51st wedding anniversary last March. Born in Quakertown he was the son of the late Ralph Willis and Beulah (Reintzhimer) Koch. He was a metal fabricator for Hart Mechanical in Perkasie before his retirement. Ronald enjoyed many hobbies especially anything mechanical completing many projects such as building steam engines, carrousels and even a band organ. In addition to his wife he is survived by a daughter Sharon A. Reiner and husband Charles of Coopersburg, a brother Charles J. Smith and wife Laurie of Coopersburg and a sister Kathleen Searfoss and husband Ronald of Center Valley. Two grandchildren Alexa and Lynzee. Services will be held on Thursday September 27, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. in the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. (www.crstrunk.com) 821 W. Broad St. Quakertown, PA 18951.
