Roger F. Ritter, 66, Quakertown, died July 4th in St. Luke's Quakertown Hospital. He was the husband of Nancy (Fluck) Ritter. They were married 16 years in June. Born in Quakertown, he was the son of the late Forrest R. & Gloria (Sorver) Ritter. Roger worked in the maintenance department in Wal-Mart in Quakertown. He was a member of Quakertown American Legion Post 242 and served his country proudly in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He loved horses and watching sports, faithfully attending all of his son Jeff's games. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son Jeffrey and his wife Nancy Rebecca of Quakertown and a granddaughter Emily. He was predeceased by a brother Allen James. Services will be held on Thursday, July 8th at 10:00 A.M. in the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. (www.crstrunk.com) 821 W. Broad St. Quakertown. Call 9:00-10:00 in the funeral home.
