Robin Lynn Swanker, 56, of Pennsburg formerly of Perkasie died Sunday, January 10, 2010 in her home after a 26 year battle with Lymphoma. She was the wife of Bryce F. Swanker. They were married 37 years last February 19th. Born in Doylestown she was the daughter of Clyde & Jane Detweiler of Souderton. She was employed for over 40 years at Grand View Hospital Sellersville last working as a unit secretary in the Maternity Unit Section. In addition to her husband and parents she is survived by two sons Christopher T. and his wife Jennifer of Bethlehem, and Brian S. and his wife Betsy of Richland Twp. A brother Scott Detweiler of Spinnerstown and two sisters Peggy Taylor of Seattle, WA and Carolyn Kiak of Marlboro, NY. Five grandchildren Dylan, Ethan, Luke, Perry, and Keagan. Memorial services will be held on Wednesday evening January 13, 2010 at 6:30 P.M. in the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. (www.crstrunk.com) 821 W. Broad St. Quakertown.
