Robert E. Weaver, Sellersville, died Thursday, October 19, 2006 in Grand View Hospital. He was the husband of Daisy (Roberts) Weaver, with whom he celebrated 69 years of marriage this past June. He was 90. Born in Upper Saucon Township, he was the son of the late Harvey & Emma (Moyer) Weaver. Prior to his retirement, Robert worked as a laborer for the former Royal Pants Company in Perkasie for 42 years. He will always be remembered as a loving man who enjoyed fishing and spending time in his garden. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Robert of Sellersville, and a daughter Elaine Reidnauer and her husband William of Pennsburg; two grandchildren - Rod and Brandy, and two great grandchildren Shawn and Caitlyn. Robert was predeceased by two brothers Jacob and Paul; a sister Mary Crist; and a grandson Chad. Services will be held on Tuesday, October 24, 2006 at 10:00 A.M. in the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. (www.crstrunk.com) 821 W. Broad St. Quakertown. Call Monday evening 7:00-8:00 P.M. and Tuesday 9:30-10:00 A.M. in the funeral home.
