Ricky R. Steskal

Ricky R. Steskal, 51, of Coopersburg died May 1, 2017 in his home. Born in Quakertown he was the son of David Henry Steskal of Granite Falls, NC and the late Florence Bernice (Warris) Fischer. He was the step-son of Joseph Fischer of Quakertown and Nancy Steskal of Granite Falls, NC. He was a Pharmaceutical Technician for the former TEVA currently G & W Laboratories in Sellersville. Prior to that he was a master mechanic at the Chevy Garage in Quakertown for 18 years. A detailed man who did his research before buying anything because he wanted the best. He was a proud owner of a 1986 Monte Carlo Super Sport and a Aprillia Motorcycle where he loved to drag race at the track. He was also very technical man who enjoyed air rifles, shooting pool, and he enjoyed sharing time with his co-workers outside of work especially meeting up for breakfast on the weekends, they all looked out after one another. His beloved dog Snickers will miss him. Ricky was a 1984 graduate of Quakertown Community High School. In addition to his father, step mother, and step father he is survived by a brother Randy David Steskal and his wife Barbara of Taylorsville, NC, and a sister Sherry Ann Hamilton and her husband Bill of Granite Falls, NC., five nieces and nephews. Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 6, 2017 at 1:30 P.M. in the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. (www.crstrunk.com) 821 W. Broad St. Quakertown, PA 18951.
