Raymond M. Moyer, 71, of Quakertown died May 2, 2015 in Valley Manor Nursing Center, Coopersburg. He was the husband of Linda A. (Shive) Moyer. They were married 47 years in March. Born in Quakertown he was the son of the late Ralph, Sr. & Edith (Mills) Moyer. He was last employed at Home Depot in Montgomeryville. Prior to that he worked for Harriet Carters and was the Director of WTTI Welding School in Philadelphia. He was a former member of the Quakertown Lions Club and a member of the former Quakertown Jaycees. Raymond was a U. S. Army Veteran serving during the Vietnam War and a life member of the Sellersville Legion. In addition to his wife he is survived by a son Jonathan (Tammy) of Quakertown. A brother Ralph, Jr. (Ruth) of Quakertown. Three grandchildren Shana, Justin, and Cody. His mother-in-law Evelyn Shive of Richlandtown, brother in law Charles Shive (Joan) of Richlandtown.
