Raymond L. Shearer, Sr.

Raymond L. Shearer, Sr. 76, of Quakertown died February 18, 2017 in his home. He was the husband of the late Edna (Roeder) Shearer. Born in Shelly, PA he was the son of the late Ephriam & Jennie Viola (Bergstresser) Shearer. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and tinkering with small engines. He is survived by a son Raymond, Jr. (Rachel Slifer). A sister Helen Kline, and a sister in law Becky Gardner (Chuck). Numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brothers Myles, Paul, Allen, Elmer, Harvey, Earl, & Robert, also his sisters Pearl, Grace, Edna, & Gertrude. The family will hold a Celebration of Life on Saturday, February 25, 2017 beginning at 1:00 P.M. at Richland Township Fire & Rescue 64 Shelly Rd. Quakertown, PA 18951. The C. R.
