Michael P. Sumerfield, 27, of Allentown formerly of Quakertown died Monday, October 30, 2006 in St. Luke's Hospital, Allentown. Born in Sellersville he was the son of Paul S. Sumerfield of Doylestown and Deborah A. (Shearer) Kline of Quakertown. He was employed at Pistachio Bar & Grille in Allentown. He enjoyed spending time with his pet dog Kai. In addition to his parents he is survived by two sisters Angie M. wife of John Hahn and Debbie P. Bishop both of Quakertown. Maternal grandparents Elmer & Shirley Shearer of Quakertown and paternal grandmothers Joyce Sumerfield of Quakertown and Barbara Sumerfield of Florida. A niece Devin and nephew Seth. His step-father Kenneth Kline. Services will be held on Friday November 3, 2006 at 11:00 A.M. in the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. (www.crstrunk.com) 821 W. Broad St. Quakertown.
