Mary Anna Chester

Mary Anna Chester, 92, of Kintnersville formerly of Delaware County died April 26, 2016 in her home. Born in Philadelphia she was the daughter of the late William Henry & Mary Jane (McWade) Chester. She worked for Verizon formerly Bell Telephone of PA retiring after 35 years of service and a former member of the Bell Pioneers. Mary enjoyed shopping, nature, traveling and being out and about and driving the countryside. She was also an avid reader. She was a very generous and giving person. She was of the Episcopalian Faith. She was the loving and caring sister of Virginia Lee Schmid of Kintnersville. She is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews and grandnieces and grandnephews. She will also be missed by her kitty companion Violet Rose and many loving friends.
