They celebrated their 62nd wedding anniversary on May 12, 2018. Born in Allentown, PA he was the son of the late Kathryn Anna (Gross) Schmauder and the grandson of the late Edward R. & Emma M. His enjoyment and love was renewed by his two great granddaughters. In addition to his wife he is survived by a daughter Lynne M. Schmauder, and a son Michael B. Schmauder and his wife Judy. Grandchildren Ryan J. Schmauder, Anthony D. Sabia, Kristen L. McGaughran and her husband James, Mason S. Schmauder, and Shane M. Schmauder.
