Martha M. Trumbower

Martha M. Trumbower of Telford (formerly of Perkasie) passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family on June 12, 2013 at Grand View Hospital. She was 92. She was the beloved wife of the late George H. Trumbower. Born in Sellersville, Pa, she was a daughter of the late George and Mary (Long) McKeever. She was a loving mother and is survived by four sons; Bill (Mimi), Tom (Donna), Jerry (Lynn), David (Michele) and daughter Jane Hastings (Michael). Her great joy was her sixteen grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by an infant daughter, Ann Louise, and a brother, Edward, and her six sisters; Margaret, Florence, Mary, Evelyn, Lillian, and Betty. Martha was a former member and board member of Indian Valley Country Club, and Zion Hill Cemetery Association. She enjoyed singing and was a member of the Zion Choral Society for many years. She was a life member of Emmanuel Episcopal Church in Quakertown where she served as past rector's warden, treasurer, vestry member and choir member. Relatives and friends will be received by family on Tuesday, June 18, 2013 from 8:30 to 10:00 am followed by a funeral service at 10:00 A.M., in the C.R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. (www.crstrunk.com), 821 W. Broad St., Quakertown, Pa 18951. Interment will follow at Zion Hill Cemetery.
