Marshall D. Wampole, 90, of Quakertown died June 2, 2017 in his home. He was the husband of the late Gloria J. (Lewis) Wampole. Born in Quakertown he was the son of the late Wilmer H. & Caroline (Diehl) Wampole. He was the owner operator of Wampole Lawn Mower Repair retiring in 2015. Prior to that he was the owner operator of the former Wampole Texaco Service Center. He enjoyed gardening. Marshall was a U.S. Air Force Veteran serving during WW II. He is survived by a son Gregory S. (Carol) of Ft Meyers, FL., three daughters Marsha Ring (Ed), Michele G. Wampole both of Quakertown, and Marlene J. Long of Telford. Four grandchildren Natalie, Ryan, Erica, and Nicole. Two great grandchildren Davon & Jayden. Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, June 10, 2017 at 10:30 A.M., in the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. (www.crstrunk.com) 821 W. Broad St. Quakertown, PA 18951. There will be no calling hours.
