Marlene J. Watson, 82, of Hellertown formerly of Green Lane and the Adirondack Mountains, New York died October 25, 2015 in St. Lukes Hospital-Bethlehem Campus. She was the wife of the late Lloyd E. Watson. Born in Keene, New York she was the daughter of the late John & Elizabeth (Collins) Wells. Before her retirement she worked for TEVA Pharmaceuticals in North Wales. She enjoyed gardening, flea markets, antiques and traveling with her late husband. Marlene was a member of St. Philip Neri Catholic Church in Pennsburg. She is survived by two sons Gary L. of Quakertown, Geoffrey L. of Pottstown, two daughters Deborah Rakes (Darrell) of Harpers Ferry, West Virginia, and Kimberly Bahry (Steve) of Quakertown. Eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son Gregory L., three brothers and a sister. A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, October 30, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. in St. Philip Neri Catholic Church 1325 Klinerd Rd. Pennsburg, PA 18073. Call 10:00-11:00 A.M. in the church. Arrangements are being handled by C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. (www.crstrunk.com) 821 W. Broad St. Quakertown, PA 18951.
