Marian B. Haas, 79, of Quakertown formerly of Lansdale died Sunday, February 26, 2006 in Quakertown Center Genesis Health Care. She was the wife of the late William I. Haas. Born in Shamokin, Northumberland County she was the daughter of the late John & Adelaide (Taby) Filer. She was a local artist and member of the Doylestown and North Penn Art League. She was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ in Lansdale. She is survived by a son Jon and his wife Lisa, two daughters Ruth Sigler and Sue wife of Dennis Fischler both of Quakertown. Four grandchildren Heather, Kenneth, Stephanie, and Christopher and 2 great grandchildren Madison and Emily. Memorial services will be held on Thursday, March 2, 2006 at 11:00 A.M. at St. John's United Church of Christ 500 W. Main St., Lansdale, PA 19446. There will be no calling hours. The C. R.
