Margaret R. Benner

Margaret R. Benner, 87, of Quakertown died December 20, 2017 in her home. She was the wife of the late Edward L. Benner. Born in Sellersville, Pa she was the daughter of the late Clayton & Melinda (Rhoads) Miller. She was last employed as a seamstress for various clothing mills in the Upper Bucks Area. She was a former member of St. Marks Lutheran Church in Pennsburg. Margaret is survived by a son Gary L. of Quakertown, two daughters Kathy L. Applegate and her husband Gene of Quakertown and Sue A. Mood and her husband Don of Trumbauersville. Three grandchildren Michael Applegate and his wife Heather of Gilbertsville, Michelle Wanner and her husband Christopher of Red Hill, and Ashley Mood of Pennsburg. Four great grandchildren Olivia Applegate, Ethan Applegate, Benjamin Applegate and Bradley Wanner. Predeceased by several brothers and sisters.
