Obituary Marcella D. Schaffer, 90, formerly of Springfield Twsp., died June 16, 2018 in Hidden Meadows on the Ridge, Sellersville. She was the wife of the late Raymond M. Schaffer. Born in Springfield Twsp., she was the daughter of the late John H. & Violet (Musselman) Berninger. She was a machine operator for the former Harvey Clothing & Phoenix Clothing before retiring. After retirement she was a real estate agent for Century 21. She enjoyed sewing, baking, and reading. Marcella is survived by a son Michael (Barbara), two brothers John Berninger (Arlene) and James Berninger (Louise), a sister Dorothea Rinker. Three grandchildren Aimie Voelker (Kevin) Brian Schaffer (Aislinn) and Katie Huggett (Daniel), five great grandchildren Bo, Von, Alana, Miles, and Lucy. Predeceased by two sisters Maudie Madle and Ellen Sroka. Services will be held on Thursday, June 21, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. in the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. (www.crstrunk.com) 821 W.
