Luther G. Roth, 90, of Quakertown died March 20, 2014 at Belle Haven Nursing Home, Quakertown surrounded by his family. He was the husband of the late Katie E. (Mease) Roth. Born in East Texas, PA he was the son of the late Charles G. & Annie S. A. (Erdman) Roth. Prior to his retirement in 1990 he was employed in the Custodial Department of the Quakertown Senior High School. Luther was a member of Salem Mennonite Church, Quakertown. He is survived by his seven children Nancy (Kenneth) Mumbauer, Pauline (William) Gerhart, Richard (Linda) Roth, Evelyn (Darwin) Gerhart, Bruce (Beverly) Roth, Terry Roth, and Larry (Mary) Roth. Nine grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. A sister Annabelle B. Creveling. He was predeceased by a brother Lynford Roth. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 29, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. at Salem Mennonite Church 41 East Cherry Road, Quakertown, PA 18951.
