Lorraine E. Shearer

Lorraine Ellen Shearer "Nan", of Sellersville passed away Sunday, October 19, 2008, in her home. She was 80. She was the loving wife of the late Harvey L. Shearer. They were married 42 years. Born in Springtown she was the daughter of the late Earl and Mary Gieseke. She was a homemaker and enjoyed painting, jewelry collecting, gardening, baking, shopping, dining out, fishing, and spending time with her family and friends. Lorraine was the loving mother of Sheree Weil and her husband Victor, and mother of the late Sheldon Shearer. She was the grandmother of Shantille Stohl and her husband Matthew, and Maddie Weil and great grandmother to Meredith Stohl. In addition she is survived by a sister Mildred Sacks of Reading and a brother Robert Gieseke of Bushnell, Florida. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Harry Gieseke, Gloria Lapping, Floyd Gieseke, June Shearer and Wilbur Gieseke. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her memorial service on Saturday, October 25, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. at 1130 Ridge Rd., Sellersville, PA 18960.
