Loretta E. DiFrancesco, 72, of Quakertown died Friday, January 5, 2007 in the Hospice House of the VNA at St. Luke's in Bethlehem. Born in Richland Twp., she was the daughter of the late Andrew & Pauline (Ulmer) Walker. She was part owner of the family business A. E. Walker, Inc. of Quakertown before retiring. Loretta enjoyed baking and gardening. She is survived by a son Bruce and his wife Lorraine of Coopersburg, two daughters Vicky wife of Ron Clark of Coopersburg and Diane wife of Terry Bast of Pennsburg. A brother Earl Walker of Coopersburg and a sister Janet wife of Leroy Kresge of Zion Hill. Four grandchildren Justin & Alicia Bast, Nicole & Daniel DiFrancesco. She was also awaiting the birth of her first great grandchild. Loretta is also survived by her ex-husband and beloved friend Carmen DiFrancesco of Coopersburg and her daughter in law Patricia DiFrancesco of Quakertown. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son Richard L. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, January 9, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. in the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. (www.crstrunk.com) 821 W. Broad St. Quakertown. Call Tuesday 9:30-11:00 A.M. in the funeral home.
