Leon S. Nase, 84, of Elizabethtown, Pa died Wednesday. February 23, 2005 at M.S. Hershey Medical Center, Hershey, PA. He was the husband of the late Evelyn E. Nase. Born in Quakertown he was the son of the late Charles Shup & Mary Elizabeth (Stoneback) Nase. He was a former member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Harrisburg and Trinity Lutheran Church in Quakertown. He was also a former member of the Rotary Club of Colonial Park, the Quakertown Lodge F. & A.M., the Zembo Shrine, the Sellersville V.F.W. and the Quakertown American Legion. He was a U.S. Army Veteran serving during WW II. He is survived by two daughters Karen Lynn Moyers of Wychoff, New Jersey, and Deborah Lynn Freeland of Elizabethtown, PA. 2 grandchildren Sean M. Freeland and Amanda T. Kessler both of Hummelstown, PA. Services will be held on Saturday, February 26, 2005 at 11:00 A.M. at the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. 821 W. Broad St. Quakertown. Call 10:00-11:00 A.M. in the funeral home. The Reverend Andrew Lowe will be officiating. In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Masonic Village 1 Masonic Dr. Elizabethtown, PA 17022 or to the charity of one's choice.
