Kenneth L. "Lee" Gross, Jr.

Kenneth L. "Lee" Gross, Jr. 67. Of Quakertown died March 24, 2014 in St. Lukes University Hospital, Bethlehem. He was the husband of Mary Ann (Armijo). They were married 44 years last October. Born in Quakertown he was the son of the late Kenneth L., Sr. & Betty Jane (Trumbauer) Gross. He was a clerk for the former ACME in Quakertown retiring in 2009. He enjoyed fishing and hunting and was a member of the Great Swamp Fish and Game. He also enjoyed baseball and was a pitcher winning a State Championship with Quakertown Connie Mack in 1965. Kenneth was a member of the Quakertown Masonic Lodge #512, and the Friendship Forest #146, Tall Cedars of North America in Quakertown. He was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Vietnam War serving as an M. P. He was an active member of Christ Lutheran Church in Trumbauersville. In addition to his wife he is survived by a son David Gross and his wife Rose Mancari, a daughter Denise Gross and her fianc James Moran. Two sisters Donna Reiss (Curt), Sandra Rotenberger (Perry). One grandchild Amanda Gross. Two nieces Tianna & Maleah Rotenberger and a nephew Justin Reiss. Services will be held on Thursday, March 27, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. in the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc.
