Kay Mizera Angstadt, 73 of Spinnerstown passed away Thursday June 16, 2016 in her home with her family by her side. She battled numerous illnesses over the past several years, stronger than anyone could have expected. She was the wife of the late Lawrence F. Angstadt. Born on March 5, 1943 in Baltimore, MD she was the daughter of the late Stephen Mizera and Alice Sadie (Schwartz) Mizera Yons and the step daughter of the late James Yons. She retired from Univest Bank and Trust and was also well known for her baking expertise with which she made cakes and pies for local restaurants over the last 20 years. Kay is survived by two sons James L. Angstadt and wife Kari and Jeffrey S. Angstadt and wife Heather. Four grandchildren Hallie, Ashley, Luke and Tyler. A sister Joanne Kuhns and her husband Thomas.Two step daughters Sherry and Julie. She was predeceased by a sister Joyce Schantz and her husband Harold. Services will be held on Wednesday June 22, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. (www.crstrunk.com) 821 W. Broad St. Quakertown PA 18951.
