Katelynn M. Skriletz, 17, of Springtown died March 6, 2016 in St. Lukes University Hospital, Bethlehem. Born in Sellersville, PA she was the daughter of Bernadine (Gotthardt) Skriletz and the late John Matthew Skriletz. She was an 11th grade student at PALCS- West Chester. She was a participant in Special Olympics, a cheerleader for Palisades Youth Sports, and involved with the Big Brother and Big Sister Program. Katelynn was also a Gift of Life Donor. In addition to her mother she is survived by a brother John, II, a sister Ashley Troast (Matthew). Paternal grandmother Joann Skriletz Yotter a nephew Hunter and her best fur friend Diesel.
