Judith A. Dallatore

d. May 23, 2009

Judith A. Dallatore, Quakertown, died May 23rd with her family by her side after a courageous two year battle with brain cancer. She was 66. Born in Danville, she was the daughter of the late Joel LeRoy and Mae Madeline (Schlagel) Honabach. Judy was raised in Shamokin and graduated from Coal Township High School in 1960. In 1961, she married her high school sweetheart, Edwin J. Dallatore and later settled in Willow Grove, where together they raised their three children. For the past 25 years, her work became much more than making the homes of her many clients clean and comfortable. For the Udell family of Maple Glen and the Hoffman family of Dresher, their relationships transformed into a beautiful friendship. Judy enjoyed simple things - playing bingo, casino excursions, camping, and shopping for the grandchildren she adored. Her legacy of laughter will live on in the lives of wonderful family she leaves behind. In addition to her husband, Judy is survived by two sons - Edwin J., Jr., Quakertown and Stephen of Hatboro; a daughter Audra Golden and her husband Jerry of Willow Grove; five siblings, five grandchildren - Zachary, Lana, Dominic, Nicholas, and Hannah, a great grandson Sebastian, and her stepmother Alice Mauser.
