John F. Egner

John F. Egner, 87 of Quakertown formerly of Willingboro, NJ died Friday December 4, 2015 in LifeQuest Nursing Center. He was the husband of Doris F. (Mumbauer) Egner. Born in Quakertown he was the son of the late Robert L. and Elizabeth (Heffendrager) Egner. John served as a pilot in the United States Navy during WWII. In addition to his wife he is survived by his children, Bradley Egner (Laura), Jan Egner (Randy Zerfass), James Stout and Terry Stout (Pamela Danko-Stout). A brother Charles Egner (Barbara) and two sisters Elizabeth Renner and Ruth Kulp (Raymond). Three grandchildren Kim Haynes, Richard Clark and Melissa Egner. He is also survived by his ex-wife Mary E. Egner. He was predeceased by a daughter Barbara Clark-Egner. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Bucks County SPCA 60 Reservoir Rd. Quakertown PA 18951.
