Obituary Jillian Fernando, 65, of Quakertown formerly of the Highland Park area of Levittown died April 30, 2022 in Quakertown Center. Born in Philadelphia she was the daughter of the late Earl & Marie (Petraskie) Maurer She was the owner/operator of her own Dog Training School and was an accomplished dog competitor, competing in Dancing with Dogs, Obedience Competitions, and Rally Obedience. She was also an accomplished author of Dog Obedience and Training Books and an artist in her own right and her photography was excellent. Jill was a Nationally Ranked Roller Skating Champion. She was a PA & NJ State Champion. She attended Queen of the Universe Catholic Church in Levittown. She is survived by her dear friends Robin & Bill Piorun, Deborah Firth, Bari & Bob Smalley, and Kris Bartell. No services will be held. Arrangements are in the care of the C. R.
