Jennie Hillegas, 88, of Quakertown formerly of Trumbauersville died Monday, January 30, 2006 in Quakertown Center Genesis Health Care. She was the wife of the late Arthur C. Hillegas, Sr. Born in Trumbauersville she was the daughter of the late Henry F. & Ida E. (Stull) Markley. She was a sewing machine operator for the former A. G. Pants Factory in Perkasie before retiring. She is survived by three sons Arthur C., Jr. and his wife Janet, Terry L. both of Quakertown, and Leonard R. and his wife Sue of Allentown. Four daughters Shirley A. Bartman and Marilyn Boschetto both of Quakertown, Mary Allem of Emmaus and Joan A. Hillegas of Sellersville. 24 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren and 10 great great grandchildren. She was predeceased by four daughters Judy Cressman, Geraldine Shearer, Patricia and Alice. Services will be held on Thursday, February 2, 2006 at 11:00 A.M. at the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. (www.crstrunk.com) 821 W. Broad St. Quakertown.
