Jason R. Burkhart

Jason R. "Bud" Burkhart, 65, of Green Lane, died March 29, 2015 in Lehigh Valley Hospital Cedar Crest, Salisbury Township. He was the husband of Debbie K. (Doriety) Burkhart. They were married 40 years last August. Born in York, PA he was the son of the late Jason R., Sr. & Mildred R. (Herr) Burkhart. He was an Engineering Maintenance Supervisor for Grand View Hospital, Sellersville, where he was employed for 46 years. He was a handyman always keeping himself busy and enjoyed spending time at Camp Oaks in Green Lane. In addition to his wife he is survived by a son Matt J. Burkhart (fianc Jean Peters) of Belvidere, NJ, and a daughter Megan K. Burkhart of Green Lane. Two sisters Sally Myers (Donald) of York, Pa and Rose Leas (Glenn) of Dover, PA. One grandson Keegan R. Burkhart. Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. in the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. (www.crstrunk.com) 821 W. Broad St. Quakertown, PA 18951.
