James W. Scott

Obituary James W. Scott, of Telford, PA was born to Willa Mae Scott on June 8, 1956 in Northeast Philadelphia; where the majority of his family still resides. He was the youngest of 6 children and was predeceased by two of his siblings; Harriett Scott & Leonard Scott. He was most recently employed at Wal-Mart in Hilltown. Previously he was employed by Lansdale Hospital, and spent his younger years as an auto detailer at Manheim Auto Auction, and Todd Motors. James always had a smile and a hand-shake waiting for anyone he met. A warm hug was on the ready for friends and family. His close friends and family were beneficiaries of his quiet smiles and the occasional lighthearted pranks. He enjoyed bowling, and summers spent deep sea fishing in Massachusetts, or the Outer Banks, NC. The trips taken with family in Wildwood, NJ were held close to his heart. He is survived by his wife of 10 years Denise Scott; sisters Doris Scott, Sandra Moragne and her husband Arnold; brother, Leroy and his wife Margaret. Daughters: Nicole Scott, and Amber Weaver; son: James Verblaauw; and two grandsons Jehanai & Lvcian. Several nieces and nephews.
