James B. Prisco, Jr. passed away on May 2, 2024, at Grand Strand Hospital in Myrtle Beach, SC with family and friends at his side. He was born on December 4, 1949, to James and Jean (Maresco) Prisco, both of whom are deceased.
He was a proud Veteran, serving as an Airborne Ranger in the Vietnam War. He was an avid Penn State University supporter and member of the Alumni Association. He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Patricia (O'Connor) Prisco and his two sons, Brian (Jenny) and Todd (Paula), as well as his grandson, Jordan. He was preceded in death by his other grandson, Carson. He is also survived by his three siblings: Joni Kopa, Judy (Louis) Engleman, and David Prisco.
A mass will be held on Wednesday, June 19, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Isidore's Catholic Church 2545 W. Pumping Station Rd. Quakertown, PA 18951. Calling hours will be held from 10:00-11:00 A.M. in the church. Arrangements are in the care of the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. (www.crstrunk.com) Quakertown. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association (www.alz.org).
