Obituary James J. Hearn, 86, of Quakertown died July 25, 2022 in Quakertown Center. He was the husband of Mary A. (Dardanelli) Hearn. Born in Philadelphia he was the son of the late Richard & Marie Hearn. He was a splicer for Verizon before his retirement. He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran. James was a member of St. Isidores Catholic Church in Quakertown. In addition to his wife he is survived by his step-children Gregory F. Monte and his wife Linda, Albert Monte and his wife Patricia, Mark F. Monte and his wife Debra, and Mary C. Shipton. Seven step-grandchildren Albert W. Monte, Gregory L. Monte, Mark F. Monte, Lauren Shipton, David Shipton, Alyssa Monte, and Ashley Monte. A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, July 29, 2022 at 10:30 A.M. in St. Isidores Catholic Church 2545 W. Pumping Station Rd. Quakertown, PA 18951. Call 9:30-10:30 A.M. in the church. The Interment will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Cheltenham. Arrangements are in the care of the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc.
