Jack L. Eckenrode, 75, of Quakertown died Thursday, December 15, 2005 in Lehigh Valley Hospice in Allentown. He was the husband of Anne M. (Lyons) Eckenrode. Born in Scranton, he was the son of the late Leo & Marie V. (Mannweiller) Eckenrode. He was a manager for Prudential Insurance Co., Quakertown before retiring. After his retirement he was a real estate agent for Cope Realtors of Quakertown. Jack was a member of St. Isidore's Catholic Church in Quakertown where he served as a cantor and member of the choir. He was also a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Choir in Doylestown. He was 3rd degree Knight and a member of the Knights of Columbus Cardinal Stritch Council #4649 of Quakertown. In addition to his wife he is survived by a son Jack C. of Madison, Connecticut. Six daughters Michele M. Lawler of Langhorne, Ann M. Bova of Bethlehem, Mary Pat Hoffman of Allentown, Margaret Mary Rutherford of Doylestown, Susan M. Dale of Coopersburg and Catherine B. Coby of Quakertown. 23 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by a brother Ray formerly of Dallas, TX and a grandson Gerard M. Bova. A mass will be held at St. Isidore's Catholic Church on December 19, 2005 at the convenience of the family.
