Jack W. Bilger, 60, of Green Lane died August 11, 2017 in his home. He was the husband of Darlene M. (Levy) Bilger. They were married 40 years. Born in Quakertown he was the son of Donald H., & Joan (Hinkle) Bilger. He was currently an IT Tech for Central Bucks East High School for the last 13 years. In his youth he enjoyed the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing, and attended the Philmont Boy Scout Ranch in New Mexico. In his later years he was involved in his church, and enjoyed cooking and grilling, and created his very own "Jack Spice" seasoning. He was also a Philadelphia Eagles fan. In addition to his wife and parents he is survived by a son Damon W. Bilger of Clayton, NJ, and a daughter Jami M. Bilger of Philadelphia. Two brothers David D. Bilger and Mark A. Bilger and his wife Karen all of Quakertown, two sisters Lori D. Freeh and Lisa M. Ruth and her husband Michael all of Quakertown. Three grandchildren Natalie R. Bilger, Joelle C. Bilger, and Lia F. Reeves, and nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a brother Brad R. Bilger. Services will be held on Thursday, August 17, 2017 at 11:30 A.M. in Morning Star Fellowship 429 S. 9th St. Quakertown, PA 18951. A viewing will be held from 10:00-11:30 A.M. in the church. Arrangements are in the care of the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. (www.crstrunk.com) Quakertown. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the American Liver Foundation.
