Ilsa M. Rantz, 91, of Quakertown died Thursday, June 29, 2006 in her home. She was the wife of the late George Jerry Rantz. Born in Brooklyn, NY she was the daughter of the late Dr. Ernst Christopher Meyer, PhD and Pearl (Bragg) Meyer. Ilsa worked in the medical field for many years and was a familiar face to many people, friend and patient alike. She was well liked not only for her expertise but for her wonderful sense of humor which she shared up until the end. She was a member of St. Isidore's Catholic Church in Quakertown. She is survived by daughters, Rosemarie Longstreet, Sally Tomlinson, Jan Danner, Francine Hepner, and a son Dennis Steskal. A stepson Michael Rantz and a stepdaughter Mrs. Barbara Bartlett. 16 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren. Graveside Services will be held on Thursday, July 6, 2006 at 10:30 A.M. at Quakertown Union Cemetery, N. Ninth St. & Cemetery Rd. Quakertown. The C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc.
