Helen Gerhart, 99, a life-long resident of Trumbauersville, died peacefully June 20th in Belle Haven Nursing Home, Quakertown. She was the wife of the late Abel J. Gerhart. They enjoyed 66 years of marriage. Born in Trumbauersville she was the daughter of the late Howard B. and Pearl (Bryan) Levy. Helen cherished her family and was a member of Christ's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Trumbauersville. She is survived by six sons Nelson, Ray, Douglas, Galen, Steven, Darwin; one daughter JoAnne Leidy; one brother Lloyd Levy; eleven grandchildren, twenty-two great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. The family would like to thank the caring staff of Belle Haven and Grand View Hospital Hospice for their loving care. Services will be held on Friday, June 25, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. in the C. R.
