Helen A. Petko, 79, of Quakertown died June 30, 2013 in Belle Haven Nursing Home, Quakertown. She was the wife of the late Thomas J. Petko, Sr. Born in Philadelphia she was the daughter of the late John M. & Anna (Sklencar) Pavelko. She was a former member of the women's auxiliary of the Knights of Columbus Cardinal Stritch Lodge #4649 in Quakertown. Helen was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Ottsville. She is survived by her five children Catherine Norman (Rick) of Chalfont, Thomas J., Jr. (Becky) of Quakertown, Sue Hall (Cliff) of Quakertown, Maryann Donohue (Dave) of Kintnersville, and David J. (Stephanie) of Monroe, NY. A brother Thomas Pavelko, and a sister Dorothy Pavelko. Eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren. A Mass will be held on Friday, July 5, 2013 at 11:30 A.M. at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church 4050 Durham Rd. Ottsville, Pa 18942. Call Friday 10:30-11:30 A.M. in the church. The C. R.
